Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations - Any cancellations must be received in writing. If written notice is received 30 days or more prior to the event, AORN of Southeastern Wisconsin shall retain a sum equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the registration fees received. No refunds will be made for cancellation made less than 30 days in advance of the Seminar. Exceptions include cancellation by the AORN of SEWI related to COVID-19 situations.
